Tidewater Steel Buildings is a dealer. Buildings are made by the manufacturer and installed by independent, licensed installation crews, not by Tidewater Steel employees.
What we do not control
- Timing: delivery and installation dates are set by the manufacturer and the installation crew. Any timeline we share is their estimate and can change because of weather, permits, site readiness, materials or crew schedules.
- Workmanship: installation work is performed and warranted by the installer, not by Tidewater Steel.
What we do
We help you choose and order the right building, pass your order details to the manufacturer, and help you stay in touch with them through delivery.
Before installation day
You are responsible for permits, HOA approvals, clear access and a level, ready site unless your order says otherwise. Ask your installer for their license information if you would like to see it.
