Orders, Deposits & Cancellations
Last updated October 4, 2026
Every building is made to order by the manufacturer for your project, so we explain deposits plainly before you buy.
Quotes
A quote is an estimate and is not an order. Prices, taxes, delivery and site conditions are confirmed before your order is finalized.
When your order is accepted
Your order is accepted when you have signed it, paid the deposit, and we have confirmed it in writing (by email or text).
Deposits are non-refundable once your order is accepted
After acceptance, your deposit is non-refundable, because the manufacturer begins scheduling and building your order. In rare cases we may consider a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion; any refund may be reduced by costs already incurred.
Your right to cancel within three business days
If you placed your order during an in-person visit at your home or another place that is not our regular place of business, Florida law and the FTC Cooling-Off Rule may give you the right to cancel within three business days of signing for a full refund. You will receive a written notice of this right with your order, explaining how to cancel.
Changes to an order
Ask us as soon as possible. Changes after acceptance depend on the manufacturer and may change the price or timeline.
Balance due
The remaining balance and how it is paid are stated on your order.
