Quotes and pricing

Information on this site and any estimate or quote is subject to review and confirmation by our team before an order is finalized. Prices, availability, taxes, delivery, and installation conditions can change. A quote is not a contract until you sign an order and pay the required deposit.

Photos and renderings

Photos show completed projects and renderings are illustrations. Final colors, trim, and features are as stated on your signed order.

Site conditions and permits

You are responsible for permits, HOA approvals, access, and a level, ready site unless your order says otherwise.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information. We may change or discontinue the site at any time.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Building warranties, if any, are stated in your order documents.
